On the last leg of the rideout, from Bury Hill to Loomies I am considering a different route for those who do not want to do the 272 twice. It would be via Goodwood racecourse to Petersfield and then Loomies. It is over some very small roads in places so for the confident riders only.

For those that don't want the fast option with hucks, we shall be taking the main roads to keep the group together.

So any newby's out there do not panic.

Just Hucks likes a different route and cracking on at a faster pace. If anyone wants to join him then its up to you.

A great mornings ride and great to see some forum names and place the real faces. Sorry could only get to the cafe before i had to head home but plans changed.
Still great to be in such a big convoy through those back roads.
Well organised, will be there for longer next time.

Excellent day out. Good to see some (very) old friends, and to meet new ones.

oh, and Mart's still a tart..........................just check out how clean that Priller was. We were thinking about laying a carpet so that its tyres wouldn't get dusty

Had a fab time.

Hopefully you all had fun.

Sorry if some bits of the ride where zzzzzz but hopefully other bits made up 4 it....

Thanku for stopping and waiting, doing the marker posts.

Only lost a few on the A3 :o But all got found and we all got back unbroken..... Well apart from Bods Ducati but that just shook a few bits apart.

Fab weather (i will place my order for the swarm).

Great company, lovely bar staff, scrummy food. Some said the showers were a bit grim. Only the mens got some complaints, the womens must of been ok coz all you men kept using it. And own up, Who kept leaving the toilet seat up.

Thanks for a great weekend guys and gals.

Hope to see ya'all sometime soon.

T x

I gotta say, this weekend has been truly awesome - huge thanks to Tracey & Stu for all their efforts and making us feel so welcome, as well as bringing all the stuff for cooking bacon and making teas!

Superb turnout of bikes, and always great to meet people who have only been pixels till now! haha! Buzzby has met loads more of you this weekend (mentally scarred from being violated by Jon, but he'll get over it I'm sure, lol) Can wait to see everyones pictures too..... ;)

Some awesome roads down in that area, A272 much more heavily policed on a Sunday though (eh Beth!! lol)

Just one other mention....a big :clap :clap :clap to my riding buddy MiniBeth, first Nest meet and a massive 300 mile ride to get home today, but what a demon rider!!! Good stuff! :D :D :D :D :D

Thank you everyone for coming, you lot are always such good fun! :lol :lol :lol

Right....wheres me wine....... :angel

Fabulous weekend people, many thanks to everyone who made the effort and what an excellent turn out too.

Extra thanks go to Trace and Stu for the rideout and catering stuff, we owe you bigtime. Oh and thanks for the babygro. :k

670 mile round trip in the Transit only spoilt by a puncture on the M1 and had to wait around for an hour for the AA, didnt get home till 8.30pm, very tired.

Roll on the Swarm, lets hope the weather will be kind to us in July.

after returning home from my brief rideout i noticed my wrist had started to swell. By sunday i was in agony a trip to A&E and a couple of x-rays have resulted in a broekn wrist that happened at some point on Thursday or Friday. I have no idea how, i havent fallen over at any point. Anyway bike is off limits for a few weeks now but also glad i didnt ride much further as it could of been a lot worse.
Enjoying the pcis and videos.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say thanks for the Sting this weekend, was great to meet up with you all and special thanks to Tracy for bringing me into the fold when I arrived, tired hungry and grumpy... I will be better the next time!

Great to meet JJ and the Vicar and enjoyed the ride outs immensely.

Already applied for permission from SWMBO for the summer one and I may even brave camping.

Or not.

Cheers

Stuart

Tut...... I did wonder why i could barely get a word out of you..... Made it such hard work i gave up :lol

A few beers later and you livened up :eek :D lots of laughs were had by the looks of things.

As said before i hope you all had a larf and it was nice to see some new faces and now looking forward to the swarm and seeing some of you again.

Ride safe out theres peeps and enjoy life.......
I've got in my head now that when your young you have no fear so ride fast.
Middle aged you try to preserve life and slow down a wee bit.
When you get older you've done most things so pah why preserve life, ride fast again.

Which one are you? :lol
