Dan100tdi has sorted out a club discount on Fuel Exhausts.

Members will have to enter the code at the checkout stage. This will automatically give you 5% off the basket total on exhausts only. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been placed so you must enter the code before completing the checkout.

Please PM me if you want the discount code as I won't be making it public for obvious reasons.

Yes i wasn't sure about it but i've looked at a few videos online and it's growing on me.

Plus with a 5% you can't go wrong.

Is there a time limit on this code as i'd like to wait till the end of March.

Thanks

Dan

Can't you just buy 2 cans and a seperate link pipe. Surely the cans can't be that different.

The fuel exhaust Honda page states exhausts for the " CB Hornet " , it should say CB Hornet 600 only !!!

Maybe someone should tell them there is a 900 CB Hornet also ?

Quote ;

" We cover a large selection of Honda models including the VTR, CB Hornet, CBR and Fireblade ranges through to the adventure / touring bikes like the Transalp, XL Varadero and the VFR range as well as many others !

Looks sweet mate.

Is that the Mini 350mm version?

I'm looking to get a 350mm F1R Carbon one soon.

I'm right in saying the carbon fibre one should be a bit cooler in use?

Just thinking about my poor passengers legs!

Interested to see what a mini 350mm F1R looks like on a bike. I need the shorter pipe so it don't foul my indicator and also don't like a big gap between top of can and bodywork.. the pic of this hornet in top right of this page has a bit of a gap, can that be manipulated?

Mines got that gap but I've got used to it now only had it I cuople of weeks,
Bought it before joining the forum so didn't get the discount but super fast delivery and you get a mint biscuit type bar with it as well.
I got the classic black stainless I will post a photo and a video but don't know how to get them on here I'm using the ipad most of the Time or my phone.
They sound ok not loud at all when I first fired her up with it on it wasn't louder then the standard just a deeper note, baffle come straight out and hasn't been back in.
cheers

I suppose you could modify the bracket to bring it up slightly as long as you can turn the link pipe and still get a good fit.

I'm goning to order mine the end of the month.

F1R Road Carbon Midi 350mm. I agree the 400mm looks a bit too long

You need to get an account with a hosting website like Photobucket.

Then upload the image/video and click the link to copy and paste on here.

Do a search on you tube

Hi is a link to my fuel exhuast took the video on my phone so not that great
Happy with it but was way to quiet with the baffle in wasn't much louder then the standard pipe.
It loud enough but not to loud for comuting on.

Wasn't sure about the gap when I got it but got used to it now, the sound is ok for comuting on as not to loud.

I can't see why the brakes couldn't be cut and shortened and the link pipe extended but the bike doesn't seem to be breathing freely at the moment so I will putting a aftermarket filter on it to see if that helps if not will try new down pipes or a full system.
Doom if your going along to Margate on the bank holiday you can have a proper look at it and see what I mean mate.
