got some old plastics from a 1984 bike, just normal black plastic, was wandering what would clean it up to
look a bit better, thought of car "dash board" cleaner,
anyone got any suggestions, or recommendations?

Seeing as it's for a Suzuki a can of 'Mr Sheen' sounds perfect for the job . . . :angel

When I first got my Hornet, all shiny and new, I used to plaster it with that Armor All spray on stuff, which made the black plastic bits look nice for a while.

Made the mistake of using it on the saddle, I know now how Jack Miller felt in last weeks MotoGP, when he lost his seat pad and ended up sitting on the (slippery) carbon fibre base. :eek

Chap on the Honda Twins site uses a 50:50 mix of Linseed Oil and Acetone to revive old plastic bits.
