In ideal conditions like on a nice sunny day on a track (or really smooth road) it looks like a really good ride for 30 minutes before the inevitable back/neck/knee/arse ache sets in - it looks so light and sorted.

A pint of milk might be a tad ambitious Paul - a packet of chewing gum on the other hand . . . :lol
