Hi Everyone,

I'm so happy one of my projects is nearly complete. It's been 3 years since I pulled it apart. Due to my current workload / family commitments I haven't had time to spend on it. The parts were sat for 6 months doing nothing. My friend rebuilt it for me from scratch. The engine was damaged due to overheating, so it has had a re-bore and new over-sized pistons fitted.

Here's the original thread.

Future mods.

1.) Single sided swing arm
2.) Upside down forks, 17" conversion, twin disks
3.) Engine transplant. Maybe from a CB400 Spec-3 VTEC or CBR600RR

Here's the bike as it stands now.

Wow! Shockingly amazing! Looks like it's been manufactured yesterday. :angel
Great job!! :clap
Personally I don't like the low mounted exhaust can. I think a Hornet should have it in the original position. But otherwise this bike looks perfect! Respect for all your detailed work done!
