I dont know if this is poss with this forum set-up, but on some you can 'live chat' with people, (like a in-house live messenger)
there always seems to be at least 1-2 members on and people who are sitting next to their bike with laptop looking to solve a prob would find this very handy.
good idea or no?

just a suggestion. :)

we used to have live chat on our old board, but we discontinued it as it was too open to abuse and hacking.

If I may ask was it a problem with annonymous "robots" posting rubbish?

If this forum is powered by phpbb2 this may be worth a look

Seems it only allows logged in users to post. I will be testing it at some point next week at my work place to see if it is any good.
