Hi all,

with guts and lil time, i will attempt to repair my hornet's fuel petcock. fuel small leaks near the selector knob

fuel petcock is with rivets, drilled them and will try to replace the rubber seals and rethread and use m3 or m4 screws

goodluck to me let's see what will happen..

you might be wondering .. why won't i buy OEM?? i don't have funds, jobless at the moment eh

found some articles on the net that we can rebuild riveted fuel petcocks, they cost a lot, like $200 here in philippines

i had little time to spend repairing it.. just a couple of updates

how to do a screenshot on a pc

was able to remove the metal plate holding the O-rings, O-rings seemed to be in good shape, but the weird looking shape of O-ring around the main petcock may need to be replaced with epoxy gasket maker fuel resistant..

i finished rebuilding the petcock,

so far so good, testing mode

it has been 10 days and still no leaks

i converted from vacuum to manual petcock, will post pics soon
