i checked the charging voltage of my Hornet 250..it gives 14.45v maximum at about 8000 rpm .is it normal ? . i saw that battery has been swelled a bit. and one of the signal indicator bulbs blown and the bulb in the speedometer was blown yesterday .. i have put new bulbs.. but will the other bulbs blow too ? .. in the future ? .. what can be the problem ?

A swollen battery is a bad sign... If i were you i would disconnect the battery and replace the battery immediately. I would save my electrics. It can affect your CDI and cause more serious damage.

it could be either the regular rectifier or the battery.. the only way to check is through trial and error... check what the output from the regular rectifier is.
