The fuel enrichment circuit (choke) bar that pulls on the plungers keeps coming unclipped from at least one plunger meaning when it's cold I struggle to start without a lot of throttle juggling.
Anybody else had this problem? Any cure?

The bar has got bent during fuel tank removal or replacement, just needs bending straight so that all four plungers are pulled evenly. Same thing happened to mine.

So yesterday whipped the tank off and the bar was bent but the plunger was inplace. Streightend the bar and it started ok
This morning at 0445 the bloody thing caught for about 1-2seconds cut out and would not start.
Ended up bumping it down a hill, even then full choke nothing so i took the choke off and she started.
When i had the tank off both fuel enrichment plungers were seating fully and pulling out all the way
Any ideas? Can't have another look till sunday

I think i have found it, the nearside end of the choke bar moves too much as there seems to be a broken washer/spacer that the bar moves on
And in finding that i killed the return spring
