New float bowl gaskets are on the list of what needs to be changed this winter. Brake lines as well.

You guys think I should change anything else while inside the carbs? Any seals or orings that should be replaced?

I'd also like your opinion on the HEL braided brake lines. Are they the best for the money?

When you have the carsbs off, I would make sure to clean all jets, and possibly change the float neele as well - usually you can get a carb repair kit that includes both gaskets, float needle and o-ring for this, like:

I have wezmoto and they are fine. I have read somewhere that they're basically the same as hel (same materials and process, just different name), not sure how true that is though.

I went for wezmoto back then because they were slightly cheaper than hel and have had no issues with them so far
