Just been to get new wheel bearings for my 900/919 Hornet after being powder coated and found that whilst the rear wheel bearings are std 6204 DDU the fronts are a special and Honda only and a crazy price to boot.
The size of the front wheel bearings ar 20 x 45 x 12. The bearing come up as a 6004 bearing but the sizes are NOT THE SAME.
After a bit of searching All Balls in the USA do them and come complete with new seals are stocked by some dealers here in the UK.

But of course do check with Dobles or Jesters to see if they have them in stock first. It apears that Honda fitted the special bearing on two models and just for a few years only. Oldgit

Not sure , there apears to be three bearings listed as 6005 and they are defo wrong so ask and make sure they are 20 x 45 x 12 , mine cost from the place listed above was £ 25.68 incl vat & pp
Perhaps they have bought a job lot of genuine becuse the seal is brown on the Genuine ones.
Hope this helps. if not then give Mark a call at the link above. Oldgit

I had the same problem finding front wheel bearings in Bulgaria, only from Honda dealer for 24Euro a piece. I made stainless steel sleeves or bushings(not sure how is in English) for the front wheel(pair costs me 10Euro) and used the standart size(20x42x12) bearings (3 Euro for pair). I try the bike and is running fine with the smaller size bearings. I'm only worried about extra waer, because of the smaller size, but the price worth trying...
